We created 1 Minute Feedback so that people can gain greater insight into both what they have done well and what they need to learn to perform better. We believe this will help to strengthen organizations and ultimately their performance.
Our company was formed on the basis of 4 important values that we expect in all of our valued team members. We refer to them as the 4 Ps – Passionate, Personalized, Partnership and Product Improvement.
Passionate
We are passionate in everything we do and mostly about feedback. Our team members are committed to delivering quality work. If there is a problem, we will persevere to find a solution. We are motivated to deliver solutions that enable our partners and clients to be successful.
Personalized
We work tirelessly to meet our diverse stakeholders’ personal needs. Each of our stakeholders will have unique needs. We realize that if we want to be successful, we have to help our stakeholders be successful. We want to listen and understand your specific needs and then work to create personalized solutions to meet or exceed them.
Partnership
We want to work together with our Feedback Drivers and clients to find solutions that meet their needs. We are aware that we don’t have a questionnaire tailored to every single important event in your work place. But we would like to collaborate together with you to develop questionnaires that help you and your organization succeed. Our experience suggests that we can uncover many more solutions when we all work together.
Product Improvement
We are committed to consistently improving our product and making it a better experience for all of our stakeholders. This includes our Feedback Drivers, Human Resource contacts, as well as individual employees. We will continually challenge our team and invest in our product’s development to ensure that it adds value; and it contributes to our long-term aim of creating work environments where feedback is given and received openly.
